Meet the WILS Team

Andy has been with WILS for over 15 years and is responsible for the direction of the company and overseeing the services at Wirral Independent Living Services, ensuring the highest quality standards of care are met and sustained. Andy has over 30 years' experience in the care sector, working with an array of people with a plethora of different conditions and diagnoses, and is committed to ensuring staff have all the training, tools and leadership to provide the highest level of care.

Chris has been with WILS over 6 years, starting at our Birkenhead DASS service, and has gained a lot of experience with both learning disabilities and mental health conditions. He is currently training to become registered manager for the Wallasey area, focussed on providing person centred care, and has completed his level 3 in leadership and management.

Colin has been working for WILS for over 8 years, with people who have alcohol and substance misuse issues, mental health problems and learning disabilities. He has run our King Street Project and now our Birkenhead Project, and is our compliance manager, ensuring we are compliant with CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

Sue has worked for many years in Health and Social Care and has been with WILS for over 5 years, supporting people with varying degrees of mental health problems, learning disabilities and drug and alcohol issues. Sue has completed her Level 3 certificate in Health and Social Care and co-ordinates support in the Wallasey area.

Suzanna has been with the company for over 4 years and has recently completed her Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with experience working with those with Acquired Brain Injuries and various mental health conditions. Suzanna is team leader of our Birkenhead Project, committed to providing positive change to the service users she supports.
