Wirral Independent Living Services is an accredited provider with the Department of Adult Social Services. We are a well-established company that has been operating for 16 years. We ensure that our highly skilled and trained staff have the right tools and mindset to provide the best support possible.
Person-centred is a term that is banded around a lot these days, we pride ourselves on giving control and autonomy to our service users, building upon existing skills to gain independence and ultimately lead a better quality of life.
Through the years we have branched out into different areas of mental health problems, learning disabilities and both physical and mental impairments, establishing good relationships with external agencies such as the local authority, community mental health teams and the Health sector.
We work to an individual plan of support that has been agreed with the service user.
We have risk assessments in place which are regularly reviewed and cover positive risk taking.
We treat all service users with dignity and respect.
We support service users to access all community and health related services available to them.
All support is delivered by trained and competent staff who uphold the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support workers.
